I have been without a window since April 1st 2023 due to someone trying to steal my car. After literal WEEKS of trying to get it fixed Sam got it fixed in less than a week. He was super sweet and very communicative (which I am sooooo big on). Recently, there was a change is ownership and I can see their customer service has had such a drastic change. They were one of the only shops that was transparent about pricing and the timeline to get it fixed. It was even fixed earlier than I thought. I would drive 40 minutes any time to this business. I am sooo happy and grateful that my husband found this place. Not just because they did an excellent job fixing it but they actually seemed to care about helping me out. I really appreciate Sam for communicating and being super helpful. Definitely recommend their busines!
